Changing current profile to Empty Profile... > Loading Profile... FOREVER

Hi,

My HB worked fine until the latest update to HB3.

The last line I get before my HB completely gets stuck with the "loading profile..." in the bottom and then pining off latency to the server eventually is > "Changing current profile to Empty Profile"

I've paid for a service so it can work, please assist me into fixing this issue asap.

Same thing with any profile tbh. Also nothing happens, tried questing profile but just keeps stating " loading profile". Please help this is day 3 now.

update Hb and if you still got issues open a new thread providing your log file as attachment
