Change the time in the logs?

How can I change the time that shows up in the logs? It seems some update within the last couple of weeks has changed the time that appears in the logs. It is now 5 hours ahead of my actual time. For instance "[13:37:51.485 Q] Bot Stopped! Reason: Wow exited, Honorbuddy stopped!" This was stopped at 8:37am my time, but yet the log shows 13:37, 5 hours difference.

Then why isn't it default for local time? I am pretty sure that it was that way previously.
