Change log file name format to military time for sequential ordering

The current log file name format uses a 12 hour format. This results in files that are out of order, making it difficult to find the correct log to post on the forums:

1. 4-2-2012_7_29 AM Log.txt
2. 4-2-2012_7_37 PM Log.txt
3. 4-2-2012_11_48 PM Log.txt
4. 4-2-2012_12_08 AM Log.txt
5. 4-2-2012_12_16 AM Log.txt

What do you think of converting the file name format to use military time? This would result in files that are in proper sequential order. I also added a zero in front of single-digit months/days/times for consistent file name lengths for easier readability. These changes make it much easier to find the correct log:

1. 04-02-2012_00_08 Log.txt
2. 04-02-2012_00_16 Log.txt
3. 04-02-2012_07_29 Log.txt
4. 04-02-2012_19_37 Log.txt
5. 04-02-2012_23_48 Log.txt

Any chance this can be added to a future release of HB?
