Change Gear/Spec/CC when changing bot base?

I'm curious if there is any plugin or profile that would be able to swap to a secondary talent spec, change to gear for that spec, and maybe change the CC when changing botbase?

I have some characters that I like to use Feral (or Retribution for pallies) for farming, but I've noticed BGBuddy just isn't very good with melee characters in general, whereas healers or ranged DPS do very well.
