change from US server to EU server!!

guys i have problem that i can't change my 32 bit wow.exe to EU

i remember back in the days changing config folder TO EU OR GB and

now when i did that it take me to my US account instead

and i cant attach honorbuddy because of that... any idea how to fix that?! thx.
