Change Forum post time

Hi guys,

This has been bothering me for years. How can i change the time format for the clock on the post from 24HR to 12HR? This has bothered me for so damn long cant change it like all my other forums that i visit.

No flamerino pls.

Not sure if you can change that, think the site just runs on 24HR. I looked in my profile settings an could come across anything relating to changing the times from 24 HR to 12 HR.
