Change dungeon buddy follow distance?

I level using db and i heal since que times are shorter. Problem I am having is certain instances like gnomer or SM have evnts with a hoss i need to heal, but get locked out of the room. Is there anyway to make the follow distance closer?

Hello: go to bot config then you gonna see in "misc" tab following distance set it at 10-15
