Change country on Bnet - change IP program?

Hi, i payed for country change to one person which doing this but i had this aswer from GM:

The documents you've provided are the initial part of the verification to apply the country change. However, we also need to verify constant in-game activity from your new country for the most recent weeks and, on this case, all your access still is from the Slovakia.

Once you go back to Germany after ending your vacation, contact us after a few weeks so we can also determine this last step on the necessary verifications for the country change.

So i need german IP. Can i use some IP changing program? I can pay for it but i dont know if its save (i dont know it those programs constantly changing ip adreses (suspicious?)).

Could use HMA. I personally use that (not for wow) and never had a problem.

Many other sites/users recommend it as well.
