Chance of getting unbanned for a second time?

Hello,

I was wondering if someone was ever lucky enough to get his account back after a second ban. And I'm not talking about a "Oh I was hacked" and Blizzard believed it ban. But a ban that had solid proof that you were indeed botting.

if the 1st ban was 7month ago or more, they have not any registe. anyway. "oh i was hacked" is stupid because they have your usualy IP...

I actually just got my account back with a really easy trick. I mentioned that I just got back from deployment with the military, that I went to log in and my account had been banned. I told them I had been down range for the past year and there was no chance that I could have done anything to get banned since I was at war. Well it took them all of like a hr, and I got my account unbanned. That account had been botting 24/7 and had hundreds of thousands of gold from botting and overloading the AH.

Your chances are very very slim. You have a better chance of hacking them and opening it yourself. from what i was told a long time back is that they flag your account for 6 months and if anything happens during this time you are basically screwed. After this time your chances go up some but I still wouldn't EXPECT to get it back. Good luck.

Do you really think that flagged accounts (evidence in database) will after 6months or any other time dissapear by some mirracle ?

Support tickets used to only show the last 6 months when you check your b.net accounts. Now when I check, I see support tickets from more than 2 years ago on my main account.

I'm sure blizz started doing this specifically so they can check to see how many times someone has requested something like a reinstatement.

I tried recently to get an account reinstated that was banned exactly 1 year ago. It was closed and I didn't even receive a response.

The six month rule used to work, it doesn't seem to any more.
