Chakram DH isnt attaking RG

I dont know if this issue is with trinity but i think it is, the DH Chakram sometimes dont attack elites and all the times dont use chakram on RG, he act like when is stuck "attacking" with his hands.

I just equipped a chakram build and it killed a RG :S

[Trinity 2.14.16] Used Power Chakram (DemonHunter_Chakram) at x="368" y="718" z="0" dist=43 on -1661599709 Range=50 (Spender Offensive) Delay=50/50 TargetDist=43.51537 CurrentTarget=X1_LR_Boss_demonFlyerMega charges=0

So we're going to need more information from you to figure out why its not attacking for you.

The ideal would be, just before the rift boss

* restart DB, so the log will be small.
* turn on Verbose Logging in DB settings
* turn on additional logging for trinity in advanced tab

• Log Target Weight System
• Log Behavior System
• Log Cache System
• Log Targeting System
• Log Movement System
• Log Skill Selection
• Log Global Handling System
• Log Navigation System

Then let it fight the rift boss and attach the log please.

Also, click the Dump My Build button in the main trinity tab. We'll need that.

PS: don't leave all those logging options turned on after you're done, or your log size will grow into the GB.
