Download the file from a provided link to the SVN or from the bottom of this post. (Note commits to the SVN will be done far more often than posted here. Only use it if you have a good understanding of Honorbuddy and CSharp)
Move the zip file to Custom Classes in your Honorbuddy directory.
Right click file and click extract here.
Run Honorbuddy

Im novice..download and extract in "C:\Users\*******\Desktop\HB\CustomClasses\wRogue" and HB use singular ...
