CC without Movement

I like to PVP and I generally just let the CC do the spell rotation and it will do some targeting while in combat. I control the character manually. Is this something that anyone would be interested in. It is not a complete CC in my opinion and I wasn't sure if I should post it.

Due to stuff like "LazyRaider" im sure most people would use CC's with no movement (There are already CC's like this on the forums) And some have a lazyraider option to disable movement
