have searched but have not found anything on forums but is there a CC that will just do your character movement but you can do the rest yourself like allways staying on your targets ass like most cc's do when playing but lets you do the rotation and targeting Thanks

You'd have to do that yourself.
Nobody has made it.

If you learned a little C# and got Visual Studio you'd probably be able to make it for yourself :)

I've been racking my brains trying to think of why this would be a good idea, is there a possible reason this is worth while at all?

The other way makes much more sense, as you can make much more fails in your rotation then while chasing an enemy. A good cc does the rotation far better and reacts far better to kick / spellreflects or whatever

Yeah doing movement yourself is much easier to deal with as any automated movement has to deal with the old "standing in a fire" crap.

Well I have a setup that I can use for my roatation but one of myhands is broke atm but i like doing my rotation just want the CC to move on top the target makes it little better for me atm

I think its pretty telling that no one before you has even remotely came close to suggesting something to do this, I think we can also deduce that from the lack of demand this won't get done.

hmm... what he is wanting+PQR can you say holy shit batman?
just saying :p

Bot movement will never be better than human movement unless you are paraplegic or are missing a right hand. Although a bot rotation will often be more accurate than human rotation.

This would be useless imo.
