CC issue or HB?

When my guy aggros more than 1 mob on my shaman it trys to run away rather than kill both mobs, using Shamwow, is this due to the CC or HB?

I would say HB, as I've seen this behaviour with other CCs.

i have to say i have the same problem on my hunter, causes a lot of deaths. What i have found is when it is attacking one and gets aggro from another it panics and starts to run around which aggros more. which leads to a quick death

I just dont get it because it can easily handle it, reason i thought it was a CC problem is because it dropped an elemental totem to pick up aggro.

does it on my mage also using amplify, mine mostly does it when it sheeps something

A fix was made in HonorBuddy to have it ignore that the character was still in Combat if it didn't have a current valid target and continue with the Grind / Quest profile. This was due to the Cataclysm bug where characters were staying in combat long after they had killed the target in some cases. The problem is that the HonorBuddy change didn't check if pets or other created npc's (like Elementals) that belonged to the character were active and had targets. The result is that if only pets or created items have targets but your character doesn't, HonorBuddy would have the character continue the grind/quest profile giving the appearance of it running away. This impacted classes with pets or other created/summoned npc's.

Without more details, I can only assume that is your issue. Upgrade to the ShamWOW BETA 4.3.05 or later and it contains logic to circumvent the HB fix and continue fighting. If you continue to have the problem after installing that version, be sure to visit the FAQ link above first before posting so you can provide the info I need to resolve the issue for you.
