CC for a Mage

I'm starting a mage soon and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a good cc that works well in PvE or PvP.

Is the default CC the best one currently released?

so am I, there isn't any good Frost Mage cc yet afaik tho :/ which is too bad.
Because Fire just doesn't cut it at lower levels imo. Nor does Arcane.

I'm currently working on a better Version. My Class resting faster and check faster if a mod attacks the bot. Also i try to improve the pulling. I get often 2 attackers

I would love a new mage leveling CC as the standard one buffs itself eats food and drinks, and only casts frostbolts when it should do a bit more to kill faster >.<

ive got a pretty good frostfire one but is no use for people that arent 75

Now that my Mage bot is lvl 10 its using polymorph when theres more than 1 mob attacking it. frost nova and fireblast too.
