CC changer

I hope im posting this in the right section but as i raid on my paladin with lazyraider, i have to change specs quite a few times i was just wondering if there is something like a plugin that will let me quickly change my CC rather than having to completly restart my HB

Not possible. CCs are "hard-loaded". You'll have to restart HB to change CCs.
