i'm a pvp+pve player, i play my main mage during daytime. I also bot whenever i log off mage/afk
so my account is basically 24hr online non-stop.
i know it's pretty dangerous but i've been playing like this for over a year, after that Pirxo Archy wave.
Everything seems ok and something inside me maybe desires another ban
So, there it came: i got an Account Closure during an rbg this afternoon
Email said that, i Abused Economy (buying/selling gold) which i havnt been doing for quite a few months.
I emailed back to account administration telling them i have done nothing wrong just give my acc back. my rbg team is freaking me out.
i waited for 15min but nothing happened.
meanwhile i went to customer support, used Account Recovery telling them im hacked, to reset my password.
15min later my ticket was closed with a GM reply:
" We have reviewed the account and were unable to find any restrictions which would prevent you from accessing the account or the game servers. If your account was suspended and your password reset, you should have received a link via email to complete the password retrieval process. bla bla bla"
GM was generaly saying that my account "is not banned" and pls check my own password.
i logged game, and it was no longer banned.
what kind of joke is this? lol, anyway, it was an sucessful unban story.
fellow botters, pls stay low profile, cuz i might get reported by my guildies.
