Catches from bounties

Heya
I saw bot many time he open the Catches and move on to next area with out looting i had to go check after he done 3 acts and I found drops that he doesn't loot them...? anyone has same problem ..?

I make him do only act 2 and when he done with quests... open the caches and leave the game
