Cataclysm Beta-opt in.. Banable?

Recently there was new terms to agree to, and we all know they already got their 'warden', so I was thinking.. You know when you signed up to the SC2 beta, you had to download this program that would determine how good of computer you had. And now they're running Cataclysm Beta-opt in, with the same thing again.

So then it hit me.. It might be an extra warden.. Am I being too paranoid? lol

I opted in on all of my bot accounts, and had my bots running while I ran the checker dealy.

pretty sure their checker just gets basic hardware/OS stats so they can give beta to a wide spread of PCs from top end gaming PCs to 4 year old laptops to gauge performance.
