Casting More Twisters?

I've looked in a lot of post but cant seem to find anything. How can I make my wizard cast more twisters he seems to always have full resources. If someone could help me or direct me to the correct place that would be awesome!

If you use easyupdate, this may not work cause it will overwrite the combat routine everytime you fire up DB. I manually activate EasyUpdate if i want to check for beta or new releases.
