Im running the slowtime build and i need to figure out how to make it cast meteor more.
im using the electric meteor so it has zero cooldown. need it so spam but also use the other abilities for tals which it does.
if someone could help me or if there is a setting i dont know about. i tried to set the variables but it just didnt help. at all
