If you want to play game by hand while you are waiting for HB update you might realize like me that blizzard fucking broke the game with this update LOL...

Anyway reading bunch of forum posts for the fix most point out to VMWare and such but for nomal windows 10 user this solution worked for me:

"Here's how you fix this issue as a player

1) Open the BNet Launcher.
2) Highlight "World of Warcraft" in the left column, left-click the "Options" link just to the right of it and choose "Game Settings."
3) Under "World of Warcraft: Legion," check the "Additional command line arguments" box.
4) In the blank line that appears, enter -uid wow_engb and click "Done."
5) Press the big blue "Play" button as usual and enjoy your stay in Azeroth."

Thanks to Pusspaladin, hope this helps to people like me.

this works great when u allready got the patch files.
but when not, u'll still get an error to check your internet :P

but doesent matter if HB get no update

go world of warcraft file. delete wtf folder. go connection. do outomatic ıp and go under. use auto dns. go start write cmd and start with administor. write ipconfig/flushdns ipconfig/release ipconfig/renew start battle launcher as administor and wait. that is worked me. dont use google or open dns or etc. just keep auto dns auto ıp. PPL doing illegal dns so not working with download. ppl must do auto dns too.. just auto ıp not working. you must do auto ıp and auto dns too.

this worked for me

For me, I just deleted the Cache file in World of Warcraft, restarted the computer and ran battle.net as an administrator.
