Any plugin to use Carousel to get XP/Rep buff during Darkmoon event?

I don't think a plugin can override a running profile, fly to the Darkmoon Faire, and use it. At most, it would work for BGs, and you'd have to queue outside of it. It's not as simple as using an item or selecting an NPC.
