can't use pokefarmer, but the account hasn't been banned.

although I can log in pokemon go with the original app in my phone, I still can't use the pokefarmer.
I have checked other thread,.
F.A.Q said that Either this is because the servers of Pokemon GO are offline. Otherwise you just entered a wrong password. Delete Cache folder and try again.
I think it doesn't seem exist a problem with the servers of Pokemon GO,and I can be sure my password is right , because there is no problem for me to login when I use my phone to play.
After deleting Cache folder and trying again,I still can't use pokefarmer .
I have no solution to deal with it ,wish you best if you can tell me what i can do later!
The program date is stuck here.
