HB was never fully supported for arena from what I've been reading. HB has a huge pve usage though.

They decided to disable it being used in arena at all. Just because it worked doesn't mean it was supported. :\

I am a pvper .... Pve is fucking gay and booring that is why i buyd hb so this is now fuckinh useless ..... Waste of money!!!
