Can't use HB

I have downloaded the newest HB. And running WOW in 32 bit, but when i log in to HB everything crashes..
WoW error pops up, the same with HB.. Why is this happening to me? My friends is doing the same, but his doesnt crash..

if you are on dx9 try dx11 and the opposite

yes i am on dx 11 and tried with 9 and it still crashes :/

make sure you are running Hb and wow as admin

are you sure that you tried dx11 and dx9?

Do you have both Net Framework, and C++ installed?
