can't use HB

Hi, I just emailed the support email and told me to post here,
my prob is that it's my first time using HB and i've been trying to run it for about 1 week, i'm using a Macbook so i had to download windows xp
to run HB, after doing that now when i open HB and enter the key they gave me it says

Max Sessions
Will try to login again in 30 seconds.
Logging in...

Max Sessions
Will try to login again in 30 seconds.

etc...

Thats not really an issue of your installation. What the message tells you is that your key is already in use. If you have a one session key, it can only be used once at a time.

But that often happens after your program crashed and did not log of the HB server properly. Then you just have to wait and try again in 5 minutes.

Or you can log into buddyauth.com with the email adress, you purchased the key with, register there and get access to that site. There you can take a look at your key and see if it is currently in use and if it is you can kill that session.
