Can't use download link in forum

Hi,
i just tried to download FPSwares Lazyboxer, found on this link: http://www.thebuddyforum.com/archives/124708-bot-fpswares-lazyboxer-raf-way-meant.html

But if i click on the download link i always get the following error:

"EuGoldservice, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

I can download all other stuff, used many links already, never had such a problem, but i can not download this one single link which i really need!

Probably a forum admin could check my forum privileges or something

What you mean anyways i press Right click and open a new tab with it but it doesn't work i click it it does't work i cant DOWNLOAD IT ! help me plz i cant download it saying Bethelle, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

everything in the archives section is outdated and will no longer work with ANY current version of honorbuddy. thats why downloads in that section is disabled. to prevent people from making support threads asking why "X" isnt working.
