cant use bot: Max sessions?

Hello my bot tells me that i am at max sessions and cant log in but i was just using it an hour ago? I just purchased this bot for the 1 year session for $37 american dollars 2 days ago. whats wrong?

I get this when I restart the bot too fast , a 5 minute wait normally helps
