Can't use bot at all on windows xp!

I'm on a windows xp computer trying to get honorbuddy to work but I always get errors. I installed netframe 3.5 service pack 1. I also downloaded WIC. I have never had this problem on my windows 7 or vista computers and it's starting to get frustrating and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. Here is the most recent error.

Honorbuddy Unexpected Error

make sure you have direct x completely installed, if you havent do windows updates, and make sure your running the bot as Admin.
