Can't update

Hello, I tried to connect to my bot as usual, and got prompted with an update, I continued to download but as it finshed (5/5 stage) it gives me an error and I've disabled all firewalls etc still gives error.

So I went and reinstalled HB but I can't get in the re-installed one to even launch, any ideas?
