Can't Update PokeFarmer

Pokefarmer won't update. It tells me to update manually.

Can someone please help me fix this or tell me how to manually update?

Honestly, just download it manually:

Thank you kind sir. I figured out where to download the new version, but your reply is very much appreciated.

Just make sure that if you doing a clean-install, the settings are probably reset as well, so just run through them real quick before start botting again.
