Cant start the bot

Hello Im new withe the bot, and its not work

I start wow
Log in my char
and start the hb over the Shortcut.

the Loginwindow comes and I put in my key.

now the log:

[22:28:35:937] Attached to WoW with ID 1640

and the comes a error window :

Honnorbuddy has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Access to the path "C:/System Volume Information" is denied.

Please tell Bossland GmbH abut this problem.

My OS: Win xp

Download: .NET Framework 3.5 Service pack 1 - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

and aslo install all the the available windows updates

I have install this to, I its not work , now I have try to repair and its not working to.

use the clean up tool from here

and then reinstall net framework from the link i gave you

its ok, I have now install win 7 as virtual on my mac now, is the bot working, but now where can I see where Iam with the profil on my lvl ? because if i start the bot with my lvl 22 char Its not start the bot because It cant finde the phate
