Can't start pokefarmer

I get this error when starting Pokefarmer
I'm on windows 7

The program cannot start because the api-ms-crt-runtime-[1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

search it up on youtube you will find it. its your computer dll file thats not there
