Cant Start Pokefarmer bot

Hi I've just bought my key to pokefarmer, and cant make it to work, i've never used it before.. when i click start bot, and put my key in I only get this message: "Authentication Result [Login] [Invalid product key!]
Please log in to buddyauth and kill your active session"

Buddy I did it before posting this thread and as instructed, however still can't bot.
So can someone no matter who please help me out?
