Cant start HB

i cant start HB.

Net 3.5 installed
Newest version of HB 1.331
Started wow,logged in

Still wont let me start HB, gives me following error:

Hb has encountered a problem...
Configuration system failed to initialize.

I use vista 32bit,i run hb as administrator..
Any ideas why i cant start hb?

btw i dont have a log,cus hb never started.

have you tried to clear your wow cache folder

also, the newest HB version is 1.333

are you sure that your logs are empty?

no,havent tried another version yet. Running 1.331 on my main computer just fine.
Tried to clear cache folder ofc. Didnt help.
Iam very sure there are no logs. I cant even run it when wow is closed. Get same error without any log.

i cant understand why you insist to have an outdated version

and you cant run Hb with wow client closed

Can you see if there is anything useful in Event Viewer?

Start -> Run -> Eventvwr -> Windows Logs -> Application

Can you post the entire error? Or is that all it says?
