cant start DB

when i start DB it will instant crash and i must shut down it.

I cant login it crash so fast...

what can i do?

well the problem is , sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt
sometimes i start up and it doesnt load the plugins and loot settings, so i have to restart.
sometimes it does load but when i press start the window for choosing combat behavior doesnt show and db just freezes

and sometimes it runs just fine without any problems

and yes i do meet all the install requirements
