Cant select a combat routine on launch?

Hey there... Recently i had to restart my whole HB career and make a new account and all but im finally back into it. So Yesterday i was able to select combat routines freely on launch and everything was totally fine... Now today on launch of HB i cannot select any combat routines and the popup doesnt even appear for me to select one. I checked my routines folder and only "Singular" is in there... Where are all my routines and how do i get them back? How do i get to the select CR popup?

I was having issues with my email confirmation and had the new HB key transferred to a gmail account, Now that key is on a whole other account and the combat routine i just bought today is on my old account.... Can somebody please fix this to where i can get all my paid CR's back???

I have been speaking with Joro from bosslandgmbh via email which was who xferred the key. If this helps at all as well.

This key needs to be with the same account that purchased your combat routines. Only emailing support can fix that.

You are looking for the word "Merge Keys".

Joro should be able to fix, just give it time.
