Can't seem to get it running....

I haven't used HB since I got it with a temp ban 6 months ago... Key still active. Downloaded newest version and did a fresh install - it just seems to hang on the load up screen....

I went to the store and disabled streaming - AV is turned off and I've exempted the DIR for HB....
