Cant See/work Plugins

I had a working .185v of DB with full Plugins and many working profiles.. after that .204v my plugins doesnt show up in the tab or even cant work . The only one is shown is AntiIdle.
Can any one please explain me if i am doing something wrong ? or why i download new plugins and cant see/work them.?! :(
 
Nope not a all. i have a Plugins folder with all plugins and inside that a new plugin folder with some other plugins that dont need a folder of their own. So 1 folder inside DB : plugins with all Folders with differenct plugins AntiIndle and such. then inside folder a new Plugin folder with only(5~6) .cs plugin inside.
All plugins are installed as instructed from their creators.
 
a new installation from scratch should fix this

That was my first thing to do. i put a new DB from scratch to my laptop and new plugins , profiles etc but nothing happen. Still the only things i can see is AntiIdle,DBenchancements, GilesMonsterpriorityChanger. now i cant understand how come some are seen and some others not.. ? :( but in general my 10+plugins dont show up at all .
 
Thank you for your support guys. Problem 90% fixed i was doing all over the same mistake.. keeping same .cs inside plugin or the folders and changing/updating others.
Now i delete all profiles all plugins and every 1 i install works fine. too bad some are not updated but thats not a DB problem. :(
