Can't see log in exe (nothing writes), alsohow can i skip a quest i can't get......

title says it all, how can i skip a ques and it shows nothing in writing exe

Hb always creates a log file,are you sure there is no log file?

in exe file , it does create a log file but i can't see the log file inside the EXE And please i need to skip a quest, so i can and the honorbuddy is stuck there
