Can't see a "leader" plugin on HB

As the title says i can't find the leader plugin for honor buddy does anyone have a download link?

I could be wrong, but I believe it ships with it. I only say that b/c I have it but have never went out and downloaded it. Click the 'plugins' button on HB and see if its there...granted you may have done this already.
