Cant run DB

Hi there
after necro patch i also updated DB but it seems not working
i updated the entire db folder reinstalling it but it seems a virus
i can download it deactivating all my firewalls but when i reactivate them i cant open db
now, even if i deactivate my firewalls, i cant find the program to lounch it

how can i fix this ??

i'll add a pick that show a message when i tried to lunch DB the 1st time with firewalls active
it says: You cannot access the device, path or file specified. it is likely that you do not have the necessary permissions

I tried unistalling and reinstralling a thousand times and now it works
