Cant run bot because of missing api I file.

Trying to launch the bot but i keep getting an error pop up saying. "The program cant start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try resintalling the program to fix this problem. I reinstalled twice still same problem. Anyone knows how to fix this or where this file is located?
