Cant run at all

I just bought it but I can run it. IM Win 10 and I try to close all defender and firewall. not working at all!!!!!!

Ok, I open the Unknownbuddy, "its said "Failed to start service memory thread! Exit code: -1". But when I open the game, it work. I saw the menu. However, when I play the game, it is not really auto aim for me. others are well function except my computer slow like a shit lagging. Its a 1800 dollar computer with i7 and 1070 and 8 gb memory. The graphing setting was medium.

The fun part, I only play one game last night for rank 30. I got banned today. hello?
