Can't Retrieve Key

I put in a ticket over 8 days ago. I have a forever membership and the key doesn't show up under my BuddyAuth anymore. I haven't played since Stormblood.

I'll poke bossland to check the tickets, but im pretty sure the lifetime keys all expired when support for the original 32bit version of ended

No one has even replied to the ticket, so it has been frustrating.

As for how long it lasts... this is from a past email: 'Please put this Key on the Login Window of Rebornbuddy, this Key has 1 Sessions and lasts 3600 Days from the time of first use.'

I'll poke bossland again. I checked the db my self and i don't see any record of your forum email having any keys attached

I weeded through old emails because it would have been almost 5 years ago -- this is my old forum account. (This is Zara69 posting above).

As I thought, this was one of the keys that was end-of-lifed when the original rebornbuddy ended.
I wasn't part of this decision, I'm just the developer.

Ahh.... so I paid for a 'lifetime' key and it's not lifetime, great.
