hi there im posting on a friends account as i cant remember my username or password

but when i click lost password and i put in my email address it asks a random question which seems to be about clouds :s
it asks what color a pink cloud is
i answered pink but no result any advice you can give me chaps ? i thought my username was giles or gilesy if that helps
i know my product key also if there is a way to get my details up with that ( edit )
