Can't purchase honorbuddy

I have been a customer for 3 years, and when I am playing the game, I always use honorbuddy. Yesterday I started playing again and tried to buy the key. First attempt I used paypal, same email I have always used on here, but you said it was fraud after a few hours of "checking". My account wasn't charged. I contacted you guys and you said to try again with no VPN or proxy which I didn't have anyways. So I tried again but this time I used my card on your site hoping it would work, I saw you charged my card but 5 minutes after I got an email again saying it was being reviewed... and then got the email again saying my purchase had been canceled and the payment has been "void"

I have a couple of questions. First is there anything I can do to use honorbuddy again? And second what does void mean? Does it mean you just don't count it but don't refund it, or do you refund the money?

That happened to me not too long ago. It was driving me crazy and I could not figure out what was wrong. I found out that my internet service provider gives you random IP addresses from time to time. Specially when your light goes out. And they gave me one that was not working correctly. You need to contact your internet service provider and tell them to give you a new IP. That you are having problems buying certain things online.

Hi, the problem was I was somehow marked as a risk by their payment system, but luckily Joro from their awesome support team did a manual verification and got everything sorted out. Now I just need to wait for the update. Thanks Joro!
