Can't Process Manages Resources

So Fresh install of newest HB as of today, I load it up and I get the error "Can't Process Managed Resources" and it closes out. Attached below is the log, it seems like it starts loading plugin's and bam done. No Routines/Plugin's but standard plugins with the release.

Windows 10, UAC turned off, Ran Buddy Wizard, Ran 4.5.1 .Net installer

Did change to DX9 and still same as the above log, noticing you posting to everyone else's thread but this one.. A little help?

having the same issue

I'm using dx9, I've disabled windows defender.

Windows Defender Disabled, even added Honorbuddy as a excluded file, and even run as administrator.

Ok I figured my issue out. It had to do with premium routines. I moved out all of the routines except singular and was able to get the new routines from the shop. Working now.

do you have a 3rd party CR enabled?

I am getting this issue also and can not seem to figure it out. Not getting anywhere with suggestions doing searches. Could Windows 10 be causing these issues? I have the correct .net framework and all, fresh install of HB.
