Can't pay with card or paypal, I just get sent to this page instantly: http://www.watchover-tyrant.com/failure.html

I know my card works because I use it for everything. I have no idea what the issue is.

I sent a support ticket but I know for a fact that's probably gonna take a week to even get a response, as most ticket systems work like that.
